Your gas tank will have to be modified so that the water is not socked into the engine if you make the pill work not to mention some way of stopping a backfire before it gets to big in the fuel line.

Simple maths - mining of coal potential energy, generation of electricity, transmission, electrolysis, combustion, generation of electricity = like 100 units of chemical energy in the coal = 5% energy out of the motor generator.

The only way to make this process exothermic in total would be to fuse the hydrogen atoms into helium and use that energy to split the hydrogen and oxygen from more water. Problem is making fusion work outside of a star or thermonuclear weapon is a challenge. In general however, I agree that this is a scam.

If I had to take a guess I would say it's mild acid reacting with a metal which causes the hydrogen ions in the acidic solution to be released as the negative ion (could be quite a number of elements) bonds with the metal to produce an ionic solution of some type of salt.
Acid and metals aren't cheap, depending on the reaction the product could be quite toxic.
What they either don't know or hope that the people they scam don't know, is that you can not create or destroy energy. You can only convert it. Every time you convert an energy form, you incur losses in the form of heat.
Converting electricity to hydrogen and then using that in a generator is completely counter productive.
It is FAR more efficient to run an electric motor to begin with. Less conversion, less heat losses.

Unfortunately, the energy required to produce hydrogen from water exceeds the energy produced by combusting the hydrogen. Simple bond chemistry and thermodynamics, folks. Oil has dominated the world energy supply because it was once the cheapest source and it's been exceedingly hard to stop relying on oil once we started. "Water powered" engines exist, but producing the hydrogen requires more energy than produced.

He is using a simple chemistry to create hydrogen- no mystery (misteries?). The problem with that method is the metal is used up and leaves sludge that has to be cleaned out regularly. Not really practical. Best to use an on demand hydrogen generator or better known as hho generator like what we sell around the world. It can boost mileage anywhere from 20%-50% (over 200% in one case with our customers). That can save $250 or more a month in gas at $4.50 a gallon for heavy driving

The issue here is hydrogen's pitiful energy to mass ratio. Even though hydrogen is the most unstable element on the planet it makes a poor fuel due to the fact that it holds so little energy for the area it takes up. The real gem is space solar power. Aside from geothermal all other forms of energy on this planet are solar. NASA has working models but Congress keeps cutting their budget. I can't remember if it was big oil or the big auto industry that bought the patent rights and buried them, but as part of the agreement he was able to keep and operate his vehicle. The process of burning something is the combination of a material, and oxygen. Fire is the rapid oxidation of a material. so if you rapidly oxidize hydrogen you are left with water or burn hydrogen.

If his process works (by using a resonant frequency or whatever...) then all of chemistry would be completely buggered, we'd predict things involving water and quite often the prediction of the reaction would be wrong. Look at microwave cookers, they work by energising water molecules by using resonant frequencies but you don't see any hydrogen given off them.

It's a fuel gas and an oxidiser - hydrogen and oxygen, being burnt in the combustion chamber.
Simple maths - mining of coal potential energy, generation of electricity, transmission, electrolysis, combustion, generation of electricity = like 100 units of chemical energy in the coal = 5% energy out of the motor generator.

The only way to make this process exothermic in total would be to fuse the hydrogen atoms into helium and use that energy to split the hydrogen and oxygen from more water. Problem is making fusion work outside of a star or thermonuclear weapon is a challenge. In general however, I agree that this is a scam.

If I had to take a guess I would say it's mild acid reacting with a metal which causes the hydrogen ions in the acidic solution to be released as the negative ion (could be quite a number of elements) bonds with the metal to produce an ionic solution of some type of salt.
Acid and metals aren't cheap, depending on the reaction the product could be quite toxic.

What they either don't know or hope that the people they scam don't know, is that you can not create or destroy energy. You can only convert it. Every time you convert an energy form, you incur losses in the form of heat.
Converting electricity to hydrogen and then using that in a generator is completely counter productive.
It is FAR more efficient to run an electric motor to begin with. Less conversion, less heat losses.

One possible future is that cars can carry hydrogen in Carbonate storage tanks, and use fuel cells to convert the hydrogen to electricity that runs the electric motor.

Unfortunately, the energy required to produce hydrogen from water exceeds the energy produced by combusting the hydrogen. Simple bond chemistry and thermodynamics, folks. Oil has dominated the world energy supply because it was once the cheapest source and it's been exceedingly hard to stop relying on oil once we started. "Water powered" engines exist, but producing the hydrogen requires more energy than produced.

He is using a simple chemistry to create hydrogen- no mystery (misteries?). The problem with that method is the metal is used up and leaves sludge that has to be cleaned out regularly. Not really practical. Best to use an on demand hydrogen generator or better known as hho generator like what we sell around the world. It can boost mileage anywhere from 20%-50% (over 200% in one case with our customers). That can save $250 or more a month in gas at $4.50 a gallon for heavy driving

The issue here is hydrogen's pitiful energy to mass ratio. Even though hydrogen is the most unstable element on the planet it makes a poor fuel due to the fact that it holds so little energy for the area it takes up. The real gem is space solar power. Aside from geothermal all other forms of energy on this planet are solar. NASA has working models but Congress keeps cutting their budget. Seems the cost of two tanks is more important than the cost of mass amounts of limitless energy.

it's not necessarily a scam. There is a man in Des Moines, Iowa that patented a hydrogen car. I can't remember if it was big oil or the big auto industry that bought the patent rights and buried them, but as part of the agreement he was able to keep and operate his vehicle. Whether or not this is free energy isn't the problem, it's more a problem that inventions and the laws by the US government allow the big business sector to shut down innovation by purchasing genuine patents that work.

The process of burning something is the combination of a material, and oxygen. Fire is the rapid oxidation of a material. so if you rapidly oxidize hydrogen you are left with water or burn hydrogen.

@thirdeyetemple. People are flawed but usually big things (like total energy in always equals total energy out) are noticed early on. If his process works (by using a resonant frequency or whatever...) then all of chemistry would be completely buggered, we'd predict things involving water and quite often the prediction of the reaction would be wrong. Look at microwave cookers, they work by energising water molecules by using resonant frequencies but you don't see any hydrogen given off them.
