Does it mean the higher the bid the better CTR ? because when I was running ads for the minimum bid, i never got CTR higher than 0.4% and you got several % there..

It's really frustrating me because I'm new to this, and I don't understand why they're not showing my ad. I went one cent above the min bid. Could you please explain this to me a bit more? How does the bidding even work?
@JessBisme - Hi, it can take time for your ad to start running, the only way to make it go faster that I know of is to turn up the bid price, but you need to make sure yoru win ratio is going to good - ie make money. I aim at least for 1.5 Hope that helps.
