Just because extremely large celestial objects exist does NOT imply that we are somehow insignificant because, well, size is relative. But going further than this I would argue that we are quite LARGE, in both senses. Physically and mentally, I'm big enough to look out into the cosmos, ascribe meaning to celestial bodies, figure out their purposes, compositions, size, distances, brightness etc. and build tools to gain even more info...should I go on? So considering this are we still small?

The picture you had before is the Hubble deep field pic, they pointed the telescope into the darkest and most remote region of space they could find and took and super long exposure shot. THE DEEPEST AND MOST REMOTE REGION OF SPACE WE KNOW OF! Imagine that... It's amazing! Also think of this, out of all those galaxies, with solar systems and planets and more than likely life... each individual is still unique =)
