  • I have been on remicade for about 9 years. It was going great but I have been developing quite a few respiratory infections as a result so I am now exploring the drugs Orenica or Rituxan. My doctor wants me to look at both. I also see an increase in my WBC and swelling in the lymph nodes so we were worried about Lymphoma for a few days which a possible risk of Biologics.

  • The nurse I had yesterday was starting Orencia today after trying Enbrel, Remicade, Humira, and Kineret with no luck. I am leaning towards Orencia because of the "quick" response with Rituxan it can take 6 months to know if it is working.

  • Wow..I could tell that hurt. I hate when it goes in the hand. How long have you been on the infusion? How does it work for you?
