i got this for 86.00 on ebay. the iphone is400.the call quality is awesome. it plays video, recording is not that great and the camera isn't either but it's adequate. I'm 47 years old and was around when we only had AM radio and no cable tv. I have an 8gb mini sd card in it and can watch video, listen to mp3's and play games on it. I've also been around when 1 megabyte was the size of your hard drive on your computer, no....you had to use a floppy as your hard drive....

This phone STINKS ON ICE.

Just bought one to check it out. The phonebook is nearly impossible to navigate in any quick fashion. It doesn't display the name from the phonebook when you receive a call only the number. The camera's pictures look like crap. The touch screen, customization options, and navigation menus leave A LOT to be desired. The only good thing about this phone is that the speakerphone actually sounds really good on it and the overall call quality is quite decent.

It sounds like your "User Profile" is set/activated on "Headset." Try changing the user profile to either general, outdoor, or indoor mode.

The way I see it these Cect phones are good and half the price and almost all of them are unlocked so if you got sim chips with the GSM data use it. I think america is 1900 band. so Tmobile AT&T is okay. It a nice phone to have if you cant afford an iphone, get an Iclone!

3:Click Customize

4:"Tone Setup"

5"Incoming calls"

and select. if you have music on your phone go to the list pick a song and click on "Add to ringtones and repeat the steps above

This is actually an improvised i phone, I have both the iphone and this a380i. Tell you the truth, I like this one better because of the added functionalities. Used it as a pc cam, used it anywhere in the world, 2 sim cards which gives you 2 phone numbers in one phone, cheaper price and 2 removable batteries, not to mention the shake and change, etc..........no offence!

Yeah, I have one....to make a full widescreen movie (3gp or mp4) you have to convert an avi file with "total video converter" to 176x100 not 176x144

to answer jeza89, well the issue is probably the calibration. because there is another review on here, just type in A380i, and its the third revie by jamesyang2. its 7min long neways, you can see that when he clicks on the icon they each pull up the respective function, unlike this video does. :)
