  • My sister Annie can do all of these except for the spits. Imagine, she's almost on level 9 and cannot do splits. XD

I started cheerleading on my own at home with tumbling and I just started cheering at Sharon springs and today is my first game, blah blah, but what level are you?because I want to know if I'm learning slowly or fast I can do a left split, a front walkover, backbend kickover, and that stuff so please give me some tips too

  • very good, but in your backwalkover and backbends keep your legs straight and when you are going backward go back, instead of a sort a odd looking squat down. it will become easier once you get the hang of it and will make it easier in level 6 on the beam, trust me i am a level 8 gymnast. i know, hope this helps:)

  • Kayla sweetie, I hope you don't take to heart all the comment's you get, some people are jealous of you, you are good, damn, you might be better then some at your age level, and year's of training, I hear some say I'm so much better then you, or I can do this better or that better, again don't listen to them sweetie.

  • @natalayne i have a tip... most importantly be tight.. wen u are going down keep ur stomach tight and dont arch..(otherwise u feel like ur going to slip wen ur falling as u are going over) as u r going over keep a holow position....

  • Make sure you keep your legs straight on some of the tricks like back-kickover and tick-tock. And make sure your knees are pointing to the ceiling when doing splits. But for the most part good job!
