@beswick1111 your comparison doesnt make sense,youre comparing religion/faith to something physical/medical, im a cynic about religion myself so im not argueing with that part of what you said, im just saying your debate makes no sense, if from the reflexology the reflexologist can tell you your liver or whatever is having problems and he prescribes you medicine and it works, then hes not asking you to buy into something you cant see or prove like religion/faith

@beswick1111 and surely you cant believe that western medicine is the only method for healing/analyzing your body?perhaps its true that modern methods are more reliable/easier than methods like reflexology but it is still a valid form of healing even if it is just a placebo effect. from personal experience,TCM (traditional chinese medicine),based on herbs/other organic stuff is pretty amazing,its not quite the same but has links to the kind of thing they do in reflexology.best thing is to try it

@TheDingfish Actually, my uncle is doing so research at Beijing U to try to link TCM, in a scientific matter, and Western Medicine. He claims those kind of research had lead to important discovery in the past, such as the first working anti-Malaria drug, known as qinghaosu in Chinese, Artemisinin in English.
