newbie question, is there any real difference in performance (not reliability) that would make you prefer spending several times as much on a new piece of equipment over a good used one?
@axelbrinck1 No, not a big factor. The answer to your question relies on the experience of your operator and your willingness to spend money on new equipment. Our operators are trained to run all types of equipment new and old. We have had this machine for over 25 years and it still runs perfectly. The main advantages of new equipment verses old equipment is that parts availabilty is definitely better on new machines and new equipment is more ergonomically designed and easier on the operator.
