I don't think Billups is underrated, he's recognized like a Superstar and a very talented Q.I. basketball player. He knows the game like not many players.

Mr. Big Shot > J-Kidd any day of the week. I love Jason Kidd as much as the next guy but he'll probably follow the likes of Glenn Robinson and Grant Hill and never get a ring.
Kidd isn't even the best player on his own team. I'd easily put Vince ahead of him when it comes to that big shot, if anything Kidd is the better overall "classic" point guard.
