  • How to train for a Fight... Let ur boy put his nuts on ur Chin...

  • tito is a black belt

  • horrible arm bar attempt at 1:05 LOL

  • ROCKY!

  • Is Tito no longer training with Dean Lister?

  • He should have turned to his knees on that kimura lol

  • Tito VS Lil Nog ufc 128

  • 2:50 shows tito's inexpierance, lol trying to x choke from the guard lol

  • Gracie Humaitá!!!!!!!!!! created by Hélio GRcie one of the teams most affected of Brazil. Gracie Jiu Jitsu Brasília DF (Juquinha)

  • Damn...that was brutal I'm sure. Hopefully Tito has learned that the reason that guy has a black belt is not because he tapped Tito a couple times, it's because he didn't rip Tito's shoulder to pieces in that Kumara. Tito was way too aggressive in there with sloppy technique. That's how you injure your training partners. I wouldn't even use Gi grabs or collar jokes on someone if I myself weren't wearing a Gi.

  • if i was tito i would be training with noqueria

  • You know i really didnt care for tito.... i liked Chuck, But after watching him train and how he treats people and how down to earth he is... i like him alot more... i dont even care for Chuck anymore. Hes really all about Danna White and the cash... granted he is a great fighter, I just like Tito a whole lot more and respect him alot more as a Person and a Fighter. Would love to meet the guy!!!

    ***I HOPE TITO READS THIS***

  • I think he should focus on striking for a year like Kosheck...hes already a great wrestler

  • @bluewidow121. Tito is a good wrestler, but he is not so good at submission fighting! If he meets a good submission fighter, that submission fighter wants to get the fight to the ground, and a very good submission fighter wil submitt and wrestler who is only good at wrestling.

Yes Tito needs to train more stand up fighting, because Tito is not so good at stand up.

  • cleber is an amazing teacher

  • taps like a bitch!! haha

  • damn i dont kno too much about this sport, but it looks like tito has great endurance

  • cant reach and grab his lapel to pass in a fight tito!

  • @ dallas super thug g homey... I still think it's disrespectful for him to play the Rocky music.. Let me break that down for you.. See young blood I's thinkin that yo man be trippin when he drop that beat from my man Rockys movie like that. Tito be frontin man he need to recognize ya erd me? Did that clear it up? Oh and I just noticed. @Armando if that comment was toward me I apologize for calling them handles I just refer to lapels, sleeves, legs as handles..

  • @dallasethug person.. Jesus I said that crap like months ago.. And you just have to face facts.. He wasn't using the gi handles because he doesn't know them. He's a decent highschool and NCAA wrestler. I just told the the truth about Tito and honestly since I posted this 5 months ago and you are just getting around to posting I could be wrong he may know gi handles now, but he didn't when I posted and if you knew what the crap you talking about in the first place you'd watch the video and agree.

  • what belt is tito in BJJ?

  • Blue

  • this jujitsu coach is good because he is a former Judokas, so he knows about REAL ground work and control.

  • your a tard

  • i was there nigggas!!!! got a pic to prove it XD

  • AWESOME! it's GINO!

  • If gino was really trying tito wouldn't stand a chance. Cleber jiu jitsu all the way.

  • they should show him getting submitted by a 19 year old kid that weighs about 40lbs less than him. that would make a good video!

  • 2:15 - 2:25

    TEABAGGED LMFAO

  • ahahahahahhahahahhaha you sick minded fuck

  • Ok ok.. I'll say this.. Tito wasn't using the Gi handles, probably because he doesn't know how.. But I'll give him the benefit of the doubt.. But seriously who does he honestly think he is? The Rocky music? That just makes this video funny.. I actually play the video and put the laptop so I can hear the music.. If I want to watch Tito does what he does best I'll just watch the Liddel fights.. And the Couture fights.. And his first fight.. You can't diss Rocky like that....

  • gi handle?...it's called a lepel you cunt.

  • your a dumb fucking cunt and im pretty sure you wouldnt say shit to titos face. because he would fuck you up. then rape your mom in her ass. Go enjoy the donkey show your daughter is starring in and shut the fuck up.

  • has anyone have any reviews of Cleber Luciano? Im thinking of checking out his gym next month ...

  • I've been training at Clebers for a little less than a year. My son has been training there for about a year and a half.

Everyone there is super kind and supportive. It has a very friendly family atmosphere.

But, you'll be training with the toughest mother fuckers in southern California.

    It's worth it.

  • TITIO!!!!!!!!!!

  • Great to see Tito back competing. he's in good spirits too.

  • 2:11 hahahaha...teabagging ortiz

  • Wow..tito got tapped lol. This teacher is a stud

  • we need a vid of your strength and condition training!!

  • Double edge sword i think!

  • lots of top mma guys train in gi fool, machida, gsp, fedor, nick diaz just to name a few.dont hate on the gi just because you hear other people say it or eddie bravo talks shit on it.

  • I think you should train the way you want to fight!

  • Gi is great for real life situations. For an MMA fighter, no gi is more practical. There are no collar/cross collar chokes, no arm sleeve chokes along with the hundred of other intricacies that come along with using a gi. In MMA, there is nothing for you to grab therefore the gi, while still useful, isn't exactly necessary anymore. In BJJ competition, absolutely but in MMA where you can't wear any clothing, no gi is fine.

  • You don't need to work with the gi anymore in MMA. There's no use because what you can do with a gi you can't in MMA.

  • No offense, but anyone that thinks that has never trained with a gi. As a few other people pointed out, the gi makes your BJJ game more tight, well rounded, free of gaps and mistakes. Driving to gain position is a lot harder when someone has a gi grip on you than gi-less. I train both ways and can tell you it is twice as easy to gain position on guys who don't train w/gi.

  • cleber put the hurtin on tito with that kimura

  • i hope i see more this in the cage. and some of those NASTY leg kicks

  • tito should really dedicate himself to this guy

  • good move to train with Cleber. If Tito puts on the gi for a while and trains I think he can come back and do some damage. I'm not sure if he can get back to top 5 status but definitely top 10. At this point in his career, its all about being able to collect a paycheck and make the payouts as big as possible. He needs to beat one or two big names or up and comers every 18-20 months and he'll be okay.

  • Why put on the gi?

  • does anyone know what tito's tattoos are of?

  • H B

  • oh for Huntington Beach i guess

  • Tito, get that gi on.

  • Get your money Tito .Its unfortunate that Chuck Liddell was a dumb caveman, following Dana White's orders. And now Dana White and the UFC have to accept that they will always need Tito.not Chuck.Money talks.its a fortunate and an unfortunate thing , but Tito new this..that "caveman" Chuck liddell didnt..and now he's going to be on "Dancing with the Stars" So Sad..

Not only that, Tito is flying coach on Dana White's dollar.and Chuck is somewhere in the back of the plane. by the bathrooms.

  • BADASS Tito!! Great to see you working on the BJJ! I train in cali at the Valley Fight Club, you should come for a seminar and meet some fans!!

  • Very very slick. Tito has always been an awesome grappler. Just look at his ADCC match against Arona.

  • LOL! 2:12 Can you say Tea bagged. sorry

  • Tito's the fucking man!! Watch out bitches, he's back!!

  • submitting machida twice? You didn't even get it the first time, and machida was throwing up in the locker room with a virus, and still came out and won convincingly, stop dissing machida and give him his dues, tito.

  • Eye of the Tiger is overplayed in your videos!

  • He's not exactly impressive... but everything changes when you throw heavy leather into the mix.

  • 2:18 tito gets tea baged

  • Comment removed

  • what belt did tito reach up to?

  • I dont think he has a belt but i would say hes probably a black belt level, not because of his ability to submit people but his base, wrestling skills and defensive skills. Hes competed in ADCC before and i think he lost to Ricardo Arona and no one has yet to beat him in ADCC

  • He just said he only got his gold belt.. Which is funny because some call it gold, some call it yellow, most call it still beginer level. Everytime someone says "Black belt level" I laugh. Most dont even know Black Belt is also a beginer level. It just means you've been "taught" all the moves. Not that you can use them and understand them cmpletely.

Now if Joe Rogen ever says "He has 5th degree black belt skills" I might pay attention. lol

  • uhhh. what art are u talking about. a blue belt in jiujitsu knows every move there is

  • 1: Knowing all the moves and understanding them in and out are two different things.

2: He just said he was a yellow belt.

I like how I got thumbs down. When anybody who has practiced Martial Arts for more then 5yrs in a good system knows exactly what I'm talking about.

1-2 out of every 100 students reach Black Belt and of those only 1 out of every 1000 achieves his 2nd Dan." ~ Masutatsu Oyama~

"Black Belt Level" just doesnt impress me. I respect it as a sign of dedication, not skill

  • sorry bro.. but brazilian jiu jitsu belts are totally different from all of the other martial arts. i suggest you looking into it before you use your own martial art systems to rate what a belt means. there is no such a thing as yellow belt in bjj, he was just joking around with the gold belt.

  • Source of your info? Because I've looked up three sources and yellow is ranked in the same exact spot of yellow in every martial art system I know of. Right after white belt.

Also I cant find any info on Tito's BJJ experience. Thus I can only go by what he says which is that he reach "gold". My neighbor is a BJJ black belt. Handed to him by Renzo Gracie himself. An he says if Tito's system is related to Allan Goes he's a yellow. If it's the newer Gracie Barra standard it could be blue.

  • Any Gracie will tell you that belts are for holding your trousers up. Tito placed third in his weight class in the 2000 ADCC. That's pretty good regardless of belt colour.

  • That's kinda funny. Fumio Demoru said the same thing when he did a seminar at our school.

Regardless, Tito's decent on the ground. I just found the comment funny in conjuction to Rogens constant "Black Belt Level" comments about ever person in the UFC. Even after he he mentions them being a blue or brown belt. It's always followed by "But dont be fooled, this guy has black belt level talent."

Here's a strong return. He's a fun fighter to watch. As long as he stays away from a mic. lol

  • It is, but he probably got that far in the tournament with his wrestling ability, not so much with his BJJ skills.

  • yellow belt only exists in bjj in junior levels.

  • You coulda just said that my man, lol. Or maam, just covering my bases. My systems the same way. Cept if it's a REALLY slow learning person. Then it's a pity belt. Actually happened once. Kinda sad, lol. Shhhhhhh.

I also didnt pay attention to the fact that Tito said he trained with him in 97 in the other vid, I just heard him mention he was his 1st.

Now that, that's cleared up. I can once again focus on how HUGE Tito's head is.. WOW!!! How can anyone miss hitting that thing.

  • ya... just dont confuse bjj with other martial art systems. a simple karate or taekwondo black belt can take less than 2 years to get. ull get a blue belt with that time. most belts are earned through competitions. while regular martial arts earn by 'testing'. a blue = know every trick in the book. purple = knowing how to apply every trick in the book. brown = inventive... black = inventive and applicable. then theres the world class ones that dont need explanation

  • best ive ever heard it explained

  • Yellow belts are for children that are 16 and under.

  • You're retarded, he said he was a "gold belt" in reference to the UFC title he had. And if you actually believed that he was a yellow belt, after over 13 years of MMA, you're even more retarded! Wow!

  • jesus, your the 2nd person to think he meant he actually has a yellow belt in BJJ, he said gold in reference to his UFC belt he had. Jesus you guys are retarded.

  • Yeah...they're pretty damn stupid. There is no yellow belt in BJJ. It's white, Blue, purple, brown, black.

  • and a few reds ofcourse hahah... but it pretty much a gracie only thing aha

  • he was talking about the ufc gold as in the title but there is in kids bjj a yellow belt

  • lol around 2:50 looked like tito was gonna drop an elbow! these videos are great

  • i think i just peed my pants :(

  • GOOD STUFF

  • tito has to put vids from his boxing training wit freddy!

  • TITO IS AWESOME!

  • I really appriciate these videos. Say what you will about Tito but he isn't filming this for himself. Its for us and there's not alot of fighters that are willing to to put the effort in. And he seems very humble about his skills and his shape. Not many fighters that would post videos showing their bellyfat, throwing up during excercise and being outclassed in bjj =)

  • yea, this is called advertisement to drum up media hype for his next fight, nothing more. He is going to get a piece of the ppv.

  • Its true that its advertising. But I dont think some top level fighters would show bad things about themselves. And those who watch these videos is probably gonna watch his fights anyways. But offcourse this gets people talking so I guess ufc will gain something from the videos. Good shit nonetheless

  • I agree, I am enjoying them (:

  • TITO ORTIZ!

  • I forgot to mention.. I hope they train NO-GI as well.. because there is NO GI in the UFC and most MMA.. you can't grab clothes etc..

  • DON'T CUT the music.. I LOVE IT!!

Welcome Back Tito.. it's been a while!
