Best cheese is no cheese. You will not see any negative effects, but dairy coats the bowels and stops us from taking in more nutrients, so if you are worried about B12, stop eating dairy and maybe your body will take it from your foods, especially if you eat blue green algae or dulse.
@SeasonViolet Blue green algae and dulse is high in B-12 but there is something in it that causes our body to not be able to use it and even require more B-12 when it is consumed.

Also you should check out Ben Fuchs videos on here. Hes a pharmacist with a background in formulating skin care products. Now hes speaking out about health, the only downside is the MLM stuff he tries to sell. He has good info though, thats worth looking into. I think a good whey would be really beneficial for you too
I dont believe the cooked food caused wrinkles. You should consider taking fish oil, that has had the most profound effect on my moms skin. Also as you said astaxanthin is great. I'm taking 8mg now and I've had 2 compliments on my skin/color in the last week. I'm about to start an insane carotenoid supplement program in a few days to see what happens :)
Wow! That was profound about the "exercise having to be work or painful"......so true. The whole, "no pain, no gain" thing doesn't really work long term, does it? I remember when I was a kid, waking up.....couldn't wait to go play. I'm amazed at how much of everything you said, I am sitting here going, "Yeah....me too"!! I went back to some cooked food, but only things like green beans, squash, or yams....can't do grains.

You look great. And your eyes, wow!
Eating more during the day might help for the munchies at night.
Eating a large meal before vaporizing could help as well.
Or put a little bit less in the vaporizer or use a milder variety, sativa dominant instead of indica dominant.
