"I will say then that I am not, nor ever have been in favor of bringing about in anyway the social and political equality of the white and black races - that I am not nor ever have been in favor of making voters or jurors of Negroes, nor of qualifying them to hold office, nor to intermarry with white people; and I will say in addition to this that there is a physical difference between the white and black races which I believe will forever forbid the two races from living together."
All that hard work really paid off.. this piece came out amazing.. great job Walter.. you truly are an amazing talent.. and of course Jon, great job on directing and producing this piece in one day.. job well done guys!
This is the best depiction of Lincoln I have ever witnessed! The visual and verbal are spot on with the slight Kentucky drawl. I was also amazed by the parallels between the address to Pres. Obama and Pres. Obama's Inaugural Address. It is just uncanny, because I know you wrote this piece well before the inauguration. This is a beautiful and moving rendition ..an artistic masterpiece!!! Thanks and great job Wally!!!
