@cavmantheshort Fle aplays this with a 5 strings, but you can : 1- detune your E string to B.

2- The only part which requires the B string is the chorus. You can play the same notes on the higher octave ;)

yeah its the instrument ... i like all these little clicks it does, too ... if u cant afford a stingray yet, u can checkout S.U.B. or even OLP basses...

subs sound pretty close to singrays, however its more a studio bass, no body shapings etc...

they cost about the half of a real stingray

least the olps are official licensed products by music man, they are good for beginners and cost probably about 15-20% of a stingray

I've just noticed that when you're dealing with clean guitars, the bass is heard much more than it usually would be, so the volume needs to be a little lower.

Also, listen to the Chili Peppers' song man XD

the bass isn't quite that loud...or maybe it is but it just blends better. But the RHCP do have hundreds of thousands of dollars (at least) in recording equipment, so o course it won't be prefect XD
