@Ek4lifeMclovin Ummm, an 82nd Airborne unit's heavy weapons platoon would. Mortars are invaluble for where you can't get artillery or air support... The 75th Ranger Regt. still uses both types, the smaller and lighter jumpable 60mm and also the 82mm mortars shown.

JTF2 and CSOR are in high demand and we needed and TQORC relieves some of that pressure. Our military is small as it is, we don't need our Special Forces spread thin.
