FIrst off, it ain't a laser, it's a bomb. Called PLANET BUSTER.

You can get it by Conqueror 5 or Colonist 5.

@SporeTycoonDude123 It's called the TIE Agressor, in the star wars universe it is a TIE model that has a gunner position behind the cockpit, and it's one of the most dangerous since it has a turrent on it, making the gunner able to take down anything in a 360 degree angle.
