Your tribute was a balm to my sore heart, grieving for this beautiful star of my youth. The media either forgot her or gave wrong info! She was born Krishna Sarin, renamed Bina Rai by Kishore Sahu.Our local TV show had photo of a balding, old and ugly PREM CHOPRA , not PREMNATH, as her husband ! He had nothing to do with Bina Rai ! We were so excited when the star pair of "Aurat" fell in love and got married . How many lovely songs went on her !

very sad,this is a late news for me.MIRZA ji,that beena rai has left for far abode,,

kishore shahu wanted 3 new faces for his pic KAALI GHATA,and invited thru out india,

bina rai was chosen for the movienother was vamp ASHA MATHUR,,the pic was super hit .with shankar jai kishan,music.

\she acted with premnath in AURAT*re make of SAMSON AND DELILAH)and again in SHAGUFA,

she was a gracious lady no doubt.

Mirza ji, great tribute to beautiful Bina ji by you,selecting her evergreen song.I had seen her in Nursing Home where she was for birth oh her son. As a young girl of 8-10 years old i found her very very beautiful.She lived near our home.10**************May God give her peace.With respect. Sarla.
