My opinion: Very many countries had brilliant songs (like this!), but it was more mainstream pop-songs and lena's song was different. Also quite every country had dancers, blowing wind blah blah, but lena didn't have anything of that.

I think she won because she really rocked the show and had lots of fun!

I know she isn't the best singer or dancer, but she got great charism!

Not being biased because Im Irish, but even though Niamh didnt perform until number 12, the atmosphere in the arena was nowhere near as amazing until after Niamh performed..she set the atmosphere to an all time high in there that night. I've never been so happy and proud in all my life - as you can clearly see at the end of the video, that's me jumping up and down in the white shirt! :P :D

As a Nigerian in Ireland i should judge from a fair point of view. I must say that i was utterly disappointed to see that this song came short of being one of the best,. With such a great voice, melodious tone and perfect rhythm, one would expect some appreciation. There should be a better way of judging rather than this partial system where a person votes for his beloved neighbour. Favouritism can't be justistified.

Nice enough song, but it did seem dated and somewhat stuffy and conservative. Not as dated and awful as the UK entry, admittedly, but times have changed from the times when ballads won the contest almost every year. Unfortunately, songs like this neither win nor do well at Eurovision anymore. Ireland, like the UK, need to move along with the times and send something more modern.
