I know your question was one year ago... btw this is a video sample that you can find in the Nokia E71 phone memory in the folder "Video". If this folder is empty, or doesn't contain this video, you just have to download the freeware app. called "PowerMovie" for Symbian S60 3.1. It is a video player that contains two sample videos: this one was included to test the audio/video syncronization.
For anyone that doesn't want to go through the whole flv to mpr process, I found original alert/tone rips at bit(dot)ly/2KtaC. Should be in one of the E or N series .rar's that isn't corrupt when unpacking.
