I want to know how to turn a Limited Account into an Administrator Account. In my info room at school there are only limited accounts and i cannot install anything, and the Local Disk (C) is hidden. and when I go to control panel to make an admin account, it requests a password and i don't know the password. can you help me? please... kisses!

ohhh...I think I know what you mean..

for your first problem (the one that you said your address bar isn't there or something) just right click on the bar which has the file, edit, view, favorites ie and a small menu should come up and click Address Bar and it should come back...as to your second problem, it's on the computers in my school too...just right click your start taskbar, go to Properties, and in the Taskbar tab, un-check the box that says, "Auto-hide the taskbar." does that work?

its XP but, cleverly covered and can be mistakened for Vista, this is how I know..

1. there isnt an arrow next to the start menu.

2. when he hovered his mouse over the words on the start menu they turned blue, Vista doesn't do that..

3. (this one is simple -_- ) the start button is GREEN, vista's isn't green, it's blue.

thats wierd, iv sseen the new vista transformation pack and it comes with the start button, try downloading the new one if u havent got it, but i dont like using the transformation pack just use visual styles much easier to take off

regedit can do some bad things if you dont use it right, you can get a bsod if you mess up some of the registry entrys, regedit is also used for deleting certain viruses that may harm your computer.

downloaded it, u can use programs like style xp or window blinds or even TuneUp utilities as it has styler 2, even if u dont hav a program all u hav to do is download a 'visual style' u can do that by searching visual styles in google (hint try searching winmatrix)
