It's too bad this hasn't yet come to market. Increased fuel efficiency is something we'd all want. And who knows the future of 100ll. A deisel can run on all sorts of fuels. And who wouldn't want to fly fadec? I american and would love this td. It's unfortunate technologies like this are too often introduced to "international" markets before U S markets.

Too late - they should have sold them when they came out, not now! Now it's time for solar wings and brushless elctric with nano lithium polymer batteries. Diesel, ha - old news!

@freddytuber Haha, and now after 3 years you see that that was also wrong. Actually there will never be an equivalent electric airplane unless driven by fuelcell and that solution is far in the future. So diesel is still the way to go. And Thielert is still in business.
