  • I'm disappointed. I thought it was a Raisin Rally. I was hoping to meet the California Raisins in person.

  • Allow me to correct you. Dawkins is not an entertainer. Maybe you meant educators and entertainers? just sayin... maybe I respect the guy a bit too much...

  • One good thing about this is we get to identify what kind of fuck-ups and half-wits are really into this godless crap so much that they will join up in some retards convention and can you just imagine the pretension, faux-intellectualism and seething hatred gathered together in one room. If it was a week long they'd start destroying each other too.

  • I don't know if your little bit at the end of your video is better than my little bit at the end of mine! What do you think?

  • i'm going!!! any way i can volunteer to help out??

  • STDs and a hangover I'm in

  • See you there :)

  • emily has books ahahaha what a name

  • I'm glad Dawkins will be there but the event could use some more high profile names. There are many celebrities that are openly atheist. If they could get some of them to show up then this thing would attract a lot of people for sure.

  • We don't need atheist rallies in the UK because religion is dying a natural death here. Good luck to you in the States though 8-)

  • @lewisner i dunno man.. i hear muslims are getting a bit out of control there.

  • @TheRaellz A UK government survey 1 year ago found that 44% of the population were atheist but this rose to 66% among 18-24 year olds. 4% of the population identifies as muslim. If this trend continued and both groups doubled we would be 88% of the population but muslims would still be just 8%

  • @lewisner the thing about surveys is you need multiple ones from trust sources to get even mildly accurate results.

  • @TheRaellz Thats true but certainly the figure of 44% atheist for the overall population is widely accepted as correct and you must remember this was a government survey, not just a survey in the street. Also the UK Census includes a question on religion.

  • @lewisner

well not with the millions of muslims in the UK

you people have shariah law nice he

  • @lewisner thank you !! we are not all dolts across the pond..

  • @freedom1234573 No doubt but your dolts appear to very vocal and able to get into power.

  • @lewisner no i meant all of us citizens are not dolts- but you are right the one's in power are wac jobs - i was just thanking you for wishing us well - the crazy wac jobs are an embarrassment!!! crazy christians! i would find them amusing if they weren't so damn dangerous!! thanx again!

  • @lewisner Don't expect religion to go down easy. They will put up a fight as their numbers decline.

  • @lewisner a 1000 churches close thier doors every year in the united states because thier faithful are dieing off.

  • @hellasow I read somewhere that on an average Sunday only 2% of the population go to church. Here in York there is one church 5 minutes walk from me which has been empty for about 10 years and another converted into a bar.A planning application for a £2 million mosque was turned down.

  • What is the contest?

  • @Mike28115 "Enter the Reason Rally contest to grab a free ticket to The National Convention of American Atheists ! Post a video response titled "Reason Rally Contest", where you mention the date and location of the event and who you are excited to see there!"

  • I'm on my way!!!

  • Desiring "an empty wallet, hangover, and an STD" is unreasonable. Come on now.

  • Would love to go but unfortunately I am without an income at the moment. Hope everyone has a wonderful time though!

  • @DrunkenDweorg

Damn it same here its almost worth borrowing some money, getting an easy jet flight and living on the street for one night. Still we have to remember this is an event aimed at Americans

  • My son and I look forward to this event with great anticipation, oh and were traveling from California!

  • @MrCOYOTE1967 I am as well- San Francisco area. I can't wait =))

  • @alwayshuntress, Us too, leaving from SFO on 3/22. We plan to spend a couple of days visiting the monuments and Smithonian.

  • would love to go but I live in the U.K and can't afford the travel costs : (

  • I wouldn't mind trying to get an STD from her.

  • @pbmdh, That's my daughter. Perhaps you should get on your knees and seek God and his love and forgiveness through His Son Jesus Christ. I forgive you, because you do not know Him.

  • I live in Ohio sadly :-p

  • So glad DC is only a 3hr drive from me!!!

  • I am soooo jealous of those of you who can afford to go.....

  • oh man I SOOO wanna go!
