Well this is the original song.

On the S&M DVD you can choose to cut out the orchestra. I've tried it out but you can still hear the orchestra a bit. They must have been really loud and got picked up on the voice and drum mics.

I don't know why the user uploaded the Load album cover for this song as it can confuse people.
