Like Madhammy09 said, it makes you think. The fact that nothing in modern science explains the beginning of the beginning of the beginning is overwhelming. >_< What triggered the first ever reaction, and what caused that to be? And why? And what was before that? People could and have gone crazy over this..
Stars come together from random materials out in space or clouds Nebulae, they just pop into place by themselves by the force of gravity, many deny that its possible for life to come together like this, If stars do this as they are a very special thing of existence why shouldn't complex organisms as they are a very special thing of the universe as well, form itself by the whim of the universal forces? Some are Atheist, but some are Theist, But few are Aware that the truth lays in the Middle...
i thought god created everything at once like in the bible, and god said let there be light, this means there shouldn't be new stars being formed today, but there are, there are stars that die every year, how can this be? unless the bible is false, but is that possible, can the bible be false?
@bombarderoazul yeah i think so...believe in god yourself but not the book or the religion
be amazed that he might have been the one to start off this chain of events...i personally have doubts that he exists but hey who knows whats on the other side....maybe some sort of truth
no one can even try to remember what it was like before you were born....so maybe thats what death is also like
religiun soz cant spell.... has the same flaw.. if god is all powerful... all being... how was he created... would that not mean that there is something oout there more powerful than god....
you make think this is weird but as a Christian my veiws of space is different i believe in the big bang but in a different way and i find space to be a middle plane...like a purgatory theres is heaven above the universe in the middle and hell as the bottom plane and no matter how high or low u go u cant reach those other planes so death is like a joint between either plane based on judgement
@madhammy09 it doesnt mean the singularity apeared out of nowhere , maybe time existed before the big bang , maybe some races thriving for knowledge tryed an experiment witch united all of the fundamental laws and it backfire , big time . This is just an uneducated gues .
@tomuksxxl i understand i had used theory within my sentence but then how does a building appear... it is created it is utterly mind boggoling <- sorry no other words, but however it got here i am glad it's here and i am apart of it, after all, it is beautiful
@tomuksxxl anyone ever played halo....seemed like if you play the games and read the books it provides with many logical examples for this but none beyond the advanced race of the forerunners.....remember: Spartans Never Die.
@madhammy09 Yeah man, it does make you think. I am atheist too, but people like you and me are honest with ourselves, at least we don't make up answers like religious people do. "god did it" doesn't really answer the question. Because there is no evidence for that. Maybe someday we'll know how our universe began.
@bombarderoazul exactly my point there is no proof of what is and is not, effectivly god i mean the big bang theory and the teory of creation is exactly the same something from nothing created everthing.
@madhammy09 just because you don't fully understand it, doesn't mean you can dismiss it. It may sound unlikely however, if there's anything that this universe has taught us, its that unlikely events (by sheer probability and scale) do occur at one point.
@invictorium i do understand it that is why i won't take it as fact but i do not completely dismiss it sorry if that sounded like what i had said but i mean in one thousand years we will be a more advanced species and the technology will be astounding and perhaps they may laugh at the idea of the big bang theory as most religions laugh at each other for their beliefs but the big baang theory is plausable though so bold.
@madhammy09 Yeh, only the inexorable growth of human knowledge will tell whether these hypotheses are correct or not, but right now, evidence supports the big bang and evidence is ever growing; hence it is widely accepted and will be until something else disapproves it - which is very unlikely.
@invictorium yes of course but i am sure there is another reason, remember we have hardly been on our own world never mind the universe but i understand what you mean but i believe it is extremely likely that there is another reason, i have studied this and and i still do not dare to guess what has started it all
@madhammy09 why does it have to be created from something?why cant it be that the materials were always there.........or if someone created them....who created the creator?
@DisturbedFreak888 That's the point if this was somehow before time Then how could a creator be created, they can't But in some ways the materials wouldn't be there with that conclusion as Nothing could be there before it occurred It was pure energy so from just about nothing there was A vast ocean of particles, the big bang is utterly confusing and now many physicists are debating it, but i personally think there was no Omnipotent God especially MAN-made.
@madhammy09 I think that we should all focus on the future rather than argue about the past, maybe we would get to see these starts up close in our lifetime if that happened.
@madhammy09 im athiest 2 but dont u think that the world could once have been one big black hole and one thing came into being from that? Cuz i personally dont think there is any chance of there being a god ( i mean know one any offence...) because there bein nothing in the world.... isnt that what a black whole is? not even light can escape.
@madhammy09 better yet....what contained even the universe? what surrounded it at its creation? that what could possibly be true infinity only to our imaginations but seriously there had to be a start to the start of something right? almost like the truth within the truth...
@madhammy09 the universe is such a great expanse no one truly knows where it all came from but the big bang theory seems like the best guess. I think that are universe was created when 2 or more universes colided.
@madhammy09 That's making the assumption that matter and energy were created. As far as we know, that's impossible (with limited exceptions such as the Uncertainty Principle). So the only other explanation is that matter and energy have always existed. The Big Bang Theory provides an explanation as to how our Universe got to where it is today, but doesn't explain how matter and energy were created or what happened before the gravitational singularity that the big bang theory predicts happened.

Dude, your star life-cycle went from gravitating asteroids to an adult star without the gravitational compression, nuclear ignition, etc. Of all of the dying star animations that already exist this was another one.
What a very interesting video!! I rarely enjoy the music added to it, but I thought that the one chosen for this animation was well selected: you become so much captivated by the atmosphere created by the relaxing voice of the singer and the repetitive "bip-sound" that you do believe you're traveling into a totally amazing universe instead of just watching a video!
Okay so basically these "Molecular Clouds" form and dissociate in the spiral arm of the galaxy (Spiral Galaxies) Then since they are so cold and dense the force that they exert isn't enough because the atoms or whatever aren't moving fast enough and causing enough friction and the fight against gravity is lost. Gravity starts pushing it into a sphere where temp rises ALOT and they have a chemical reaction or fusion or whatever and thus spawns a star? Plz help i have to write a paper =(
um i think everyone is glad for the suns magnetosphere or whatever you call it though i have no idea what solar radiation would do didnt really see much aging but good song sucked me in
@april76301 I'll give you a hint. It's called the "description box". It can be found just below the video. Another hint: once in the description box, look for the text "Soundtrack:". You should be able to find your answer with these hints. If you still can't find the name of the song, turn off your computer and never turn it on again. :P
@bafmd no ive had 8 computers in the last 2 months and theyve all broken :l im just sitting right here and the computers screen just cracks and breaks but i found that out 3 days ago the sound track thing not the description box O_o
@april76301 Do you ever know what the hell you're talking about?! I have no idea what you're saying!! Take your time and type out the words you want to share, it works better that way.
@april76301 But, that's my point, I have no idea what you're talking about. You say, you didn't mean any of that, but I have no idea what you were saying in the first place. so, whatever. what a douche!
@bafmd well i asked what music this was that guy told me then you told me too look at the desription which i know so i joked around its not that hard too understand
without nerds and war, in the time of the death of the star, our sun, humans would still be on earth and watch sun killing them. but with em, we'd find a way to get away and survive and find a new planet. bs? ys.
@WakelessNaNuq per "in the time of the death of the star, our sun, humans would still be on earth and watch sun killing them" that's about 5 billions years away when the Sun runs out of its H fuel for nuclear fission in the core. Give or take a few more million years, the Sun will expand as a Red Giant start to about the size of Earth's orbit and long before that, will have incinerated anything living on Earth, boiling away oceans and water. We have a while! Thus sayeth yet another scinerd!

Thumbs up if your a nerd like me have no problem talking to girls and have friends enjoy science space and time live life to the full and consider every day your last day.
Of course there are 'nerds' who can live a normal life while being interested in the galaxy and other wonders that happen in our galaxy. xP
Its just that there are people who become so interested in certain things, their social life gets affected. Of course its their choice, but it can affect their social life, thus also their life. I'd just like to tell them that they'd have to go out a bit more. ;P
@SpongeMotu i'm a nerd like you.. who talks to girls and have friends .. but no one enjoys talkin about space and time travel or anything evolves science :S .. i only wonder and think on my own :( .. lol
@Zombiezdeath I try to talk to people about it like my friends and family and they get so bored with me. But i know how it feels be cause my mom is a WW2 finantic and i dont have much interest in that im more of an early history type of person :)
@SpongeMotu Omg if you werent another username i would of sweared i had posted this. Except for the part about girls im a girl lol i have np with guys XD
@SpongeMotu Everyone thought I gone crazy when I said this until my science teacher stated it and then they were kissing my feet for more knowledge >:D
The typical lifetime for a star like our sun is about 12 billion years, but smaller stars such as Type M red dwarfs can last for trillions of years. While hypergiant Type O stars can burn their fuel in just a few million years. Type O stars are so powerful that they have violent surroundings, they can evaporate nearby stars and are millions of times brighter than the sun.
I feel many of you commenting take the word "life" and imagine "intelligent life." There is life on other planets somewhere if not in our own solar system. This "life" is very simple 1 celled organisms. Those exist somewhere. Intelligent life? We may never know...
i kinda think about how,we are a galaxy.the milky way.ur whatevs.we are living in this planet.but you really have to think, what if in a different galaxy in a different planet their is a whole other species living like us,wondering if theirs anything else in different galaxies?just sayin
ANYBODY saying that there is no life in the universe is a collosal retard. In out own galaxy, there are billions upon billions of planets orbiting around billions of starts, and our galaxy is only one of the billions upon billions of other galaxies, which as said, contain billions upon billions of planets. The chance is 99.999999% that there IS life. That is, if we didn't get astronomically rick rolled.
there are more stars in the universe than grains of sand in all the beaches and deserts of the earth. The last estimate according to observations puts the number of galaxies in the known visible universe at 125 billion galaxies, the average galaxy contains about 100 billion stars, although many have stars into the trillions.
I dont think its a slim chance at all u think of how many stars are in our own galaxy & how many other galaxies there is in our universe....if water got to our planet the way it did you can bet somewhere else probably everywhere else water will be on other planets & as for the moon.. a moon does not have to be as perfect a sphere as our own to orbit around a planet & many planets in our own solar system have moons some have many orbiting them
@fishytroll ya know i said that to someone else to lol! idk manbut ill tell u if u look at betelguese 99999999x bigger plus red giant mode ull find out!
@fishytroll damn shame. most jewish people are smart and educated. lmfao you're stupid dude seriously. fuck off and if you came near my ass with your nose i'd make sure i ate a pound of cabbage first. don't even go there. i can be the funnier and more vile asshole on this forum

the answer is : because it doesn't give any thing except light and rays and don't take any thing
its more than 9000000 miles away !
many ancient nations, who believed in one god the creator of the universe, were fascinated by planets and stars.
they end up worshiping what was in front of them and forgot the one who is above them

76 ppl who are made from this star stuff have a zero mental connection to the universe.... Late bloomers i guess.

It's appropriate that this is a cartoon, since it depicts a very cartoonish understanding of stellar and planetary formation.

@april76301 I'll give you a hint. It's called the "description box". It can be found just below the video. Another hint: once in the description box, look for the text "Soundtrack:". You should be able to find your answer with these hints. If you still can't find the name of the song, turn off your computer and never turn it on again. :P

Para quién le interese, la canción que suena de fondo es de FC Kahuna y se titula Hayling.

without nerds and war, in the time of the death of the star, our sun, humans would still be on earth and watch sun killing them. but with em, we'd find a way to get away and survive and find a new planet. bs? ys.
WakelessNaNuq 1 year ago
@WakelessNaNuq per "in the time of the death of the star, our sun, humans would still be on earth and watch sun killing them" that's about 5 billions years away when the Sun runs out of its H fuel for nuclear fission in the core. Give or take a few more million years, the Sun will expand as a Red Giant start to about the size of Earth's orbit and long before that, will have incinerated anything living on Earth, boiling away oceans and water. We have a while! Thus sayeth yet another scinerd!

That are a lot of nerds that have a life! ;P
Of course there are 'nerds' who can live a normal life while being interested in the galaxy and other wonders that happen in our galaxy. xP
Its just that there are people who become so interested in certain things, their social life gets affected. Of course its their choice, but it can affect their social life, thus also their life. I'd just like to tell them that they'd have to go out a bit more. ;P
*not talking to you personally :D*

The typical lifetime for a star like our sun is about 12 billion years, but smaller stars such as Type M red dwarfs can last for trillions of years. While hypergiant Type O stars can burn their fuel in just a few million years. Type O stars are so powerful that they have violent surroundings, they can evaporate nearby stars and are millions of times brighter than the sun.
