We can't comprehend the perception perspective that the creator has, from our limited 3D thought perspective. However, it can be understood what the creator is. Yogiraj is not a swami. Ocher or orange is the color of renunciation for the swami order. Gurunath is a householder yogi of the Nath tradition.

Is there a difference between Kundalini Yoga and Kriya Yoga? I can't help but notice Kundalini postures and/or sets of them are called kriyas.

Hi there. 'kriya' just means 'action', complete action (sometimes = action of purification). However, both Yogas seem to be rooted in the tantric tradition (and therefore I'd consider them top-notch!). As far as I have seen, kundalini yoga exercise series can be very dynamic. I don't think that's he case with kriya yoga..

Thanks! Have been wondering this since reading 'Autobiograhpy of a Yogi'. The Kundalini Yoga sure seems effective. It does alter consiousness, and fast. There is a part I've noticed called White Tantric Yoga, taught by the same ppl that teach KY. Thought there must be a connection. ;-)

Sex is not the only way. There have been kundalini awakenings with out it, most of them are without sex ie sacred celibacy.

It is not theory when you have realized Masters who have achieved this through meditation practice and vital celibacy. To denounce all but your own biased point of view shows lack of understanding. There are tantrikas that have no partner and awaken the life force in the spine by non-sexual tantric practices. This is real, not theory.
