  • THE NUMBERS MASON THE FUCKING NUMBERS!!!!

  • This is one of my all time fav movie soundtrack

  • I fee like I've heard this song on Meet the Robinsons. This song does make me feel smart, creative, and... I dunno. Really imaginative.

  • A clear variation on this returns in the album of "Bicentennial Man", track 'The Machine Age'... but very much more of a Phillip Glass approach. This version is a bit less staccato, more melodious. Love how it accentuates the 'fragility' and tragic psychological torment experienced by Nash' character

  • One of the best movies i've ever seen and considering that its based on true story its just EPIC

  • i'm terrified p--p-petrified, mortified, stupified by you. Russell Crowe's best film yet!

  • don't work, don't try, won't get, won't die.....

  • Dedicated to the "Smartest Man in the World" as determined by questionable IQ tests where James C. Ronning (a mathematical genius in his own right) , philosopher, poet, writer of novels, songs, and scientific papers, and one of the scientists involved in the creation of Neuropath and other nerve drugs to help with peripheral nerve pain. Named to the list of one of the most notable neuropsychologist of the 20th century. His family thinks he is insane. That hurts DEEP inside his brain.

  • RIP John Freeman- Every Sacrifice deserves to be immortalized

  • goosebumps when the song begins.

  • @docd1o1 same here

  • This song makes math cool.

  • @guitarlegend18 Math IS 'cool'.

  • @guitarlegend18 no it doesn't...

  • @guitarlegend18 damn,YES!i see everywhere molecules and equations with closed eyes :)

  • A beautiful soundtrack

  • I'm suffering from Dyscalculia and i strongly approve of this song.

    also; RIP John Freeman

  • my favourite song.... it makes me feel alive

  • John Nash´s life is a perfect example of personal achievement. Some people seem to carry the belief that having Schizophrenia is absolutely horrifying. In my opinion, its the idea as having an imaginary friend as a child, absolutely the same concept. Some people considered him crazy. But you know what? The act of brilliance requires lunacy. How else can you get your mind outside of the norm? This is why i love this movie so much. :)

  • theres a drum and bass song that sampled the first 39 seconds does anyone know what its called???

  • Anyone else want to become a mathematician after listening to this song?

  • 3 dislikes? DIE u idiots..! this is a masterpiece.. think? akon or justin beiber can never come up with pieces like this.. only real musicians can.!

  • try learning something while listening to this almost without effort

  • the song is amazing

I feel good that it is of the james horner, we have the impression to hear the song of the titanic

  • at 0:23 keep the volume low then slowly crank it up as the music continues, its great :)

  • music has a similiar tone like a Bicentennial Man movie

  • @seti1911 i thought i was the only thinking it.

  • @seti1911 same composer :)

  • @seti1911 Horner did that one too.

  • A beautyful soundtrack for A Beautyful Mind ^^

  • John Freeman

  • Thumbs up for Brian Grazer and Ron Howard

  • Sample:

    Horse Shoe G.A.N.G-Pimp Shit

  • every time I'm studying or thinking of something fascinating or smart i can refer to this song.

  • Someday I will go to that city where Henry Freeman is president and everyone is live in peace.

I will walk to the center of that town, where there is a golden statue with the inscription "John Freeman: Saver of Humens."

I will sit on the edge of one of the many planters full of beautiful pants and fowers.

I will play this music on my iPod as I look at that statue.

And I will think of how a bad fanfic can be a great and timeless story, and what it means to live up to one's family name.

  • @Azkazan lolwepon

  • This is music that speaks to the soul! Genius like Nash!!

  • absolutely magnific...i love the hole soundtrack

  • I love this melody :)

  • John Freeman, where would the world be without such a genuine hero? God bless John Freeman, saver of humens!

  • Its a Beautiful composition....Hats off !

    And a beautiful flick ! Kudos ~

  • I absolutely love all of the John Freeman comments and how they confuse fans of A Beautiful Mind.

  • I used to watch this all the time just to hear the music, then I FINALLY found the soundtrack after searching and searching and I'm a happy man now

  • @anthony1231986 You mean a FREEman?

  • @infantryhawk What?

  • Such a Great Movie.

  • I will never forget the first minutes of this song, never!!!

  • john freemen who is Gordon freemen s brother was at office and the rest is poorly spelled history

  • powerful!!!!

  • R.I.P John Freeman.

    John Nash does not matter.

  • John Freeman said "I need to kill fast and bullits too slow" and he dropped wepon and went to kill combines with bear hands

  • Its a song like this that makes me want to think and become a great thinker!

  • @jesuisparla

It wasn't mathematics that made him crazy. Mathematics is just a scientific tool used to discover, comprehend and catalog the world around us. Sure, mathematics works on an abstract level that often goes far beyond limitations and restrictions set by reality as we experience it, not always being directly applied in some tangible sense- but it still doesn't drive anyone any more mad than any other cognitive science/studies.

  • All movie music is recycled in other movies.

  • i absolutely luv this piece =)

  • 'Perhaps it is good to have a beautiful mind, but an even greater gift is to discover a beautiful heart.' - John Nash :) x
