Congrats, T! Fantastic! You've done so well! Use your shampoo and conditioner, they won't affect your losses unless they have a ton of bad oils in them. You can use mineral oil or coconut oil (good oils) on your skin and hair as well if you need some extra moisture. Just test them out, and if you don't see any jumps on the scale, then they are safe to use.
Hey Tee, I'm catching up on my videos. Way to go girl! I just use regular shampoos/conditioners. Also, mineral oil is wonderful. Love it!

Corn Huskers lotion is oil-free and cheap. Neutragena has oil-free products.
