tbh, Old World Underground is their best album tbh. I don't like their shifting towards a more generic synthpop sound tbh (see sellout). The earlier the Metric album, the better.

@kar230 hmmm hate to agree with you, but I do. This album changed my musical ideals. Live it out is also great, but not as strong as this album. Her solo stuff (soft skeleton) is pretty damned good too. I am very wary of this new album; I have yet to buy the new album, but I am afraid since they are garnering a following of non-underground people. (I don't want to sound like a music snob, but maybe I am! Metric is such a great treasure, I don't want the unappreciative masses to have them!)
