@xXcRaZzYbEaRXx1 mods are free and fully supported by the fallout GECK mod engine. Just go to the fallout nexus and download the one's you want. Then simply go into the FOMM and activate the mod(s). There are many more mods than this now btw, for fallout new vegas as well.

Don't forget that PC can have more than 2x the resolution and 10x the AA and AF as consoles. (recommended GTX400 series and quad core CPU or better).
