Yes, I watched the "how to slice a white onion" and could not for the life of me figure out how to translate a RED onion! Now I need to know how to slice a YELLOW onion!
But more importantly, this is "how to dice MOST OF a red onion (or, any onion, if you are color blind).

i tried doing this with a white onion and it just did not work at all.. i got a red onion and it worked perfectly.. go figure !
