  • At least you lived in San Diego at the time; I was in sorry ass Baton Rouge,LA!!!! San Diego is the best city i've ever been to.

  • This is when halftime was worth watching...now SundayTicket supplants any quality halftime programming today

  • @sherflouski You're right. Soooo right.

  • Back when sports was for adults..and watched with your dad

  • Amen to that!

  • I think this was the year the Chargers started 8-1 and then lost their last 6 games.

  • He is my grandpa's first cousin and my 3rd cousin. I never met him before but I want to.

  • My cousin is Bob Trumpy!!!!!

  • So Deford was in favor of a playoff along with me in 1987.

  • pro careers have nuthing to do with what u did in college

  • You just fed into what he was saying...NFL careers have NO bearing on Heisman worthiness! Seriously...do we take Andre Ware's? Gino Torretta's? Jason White's? C'mon man...that's a total weak sauce statement

  • chrisivision07, i'm a Seahawks fan and I wish my team would win a championship before I die too, of course i'm only in my twenties so things are looking decent. Plus, a couple days before I was born the Seahawks won a playoff game in December of 1984, they didn't win another playoff game until January 2006, go figure.

  • NBC and the Dan Fouts led San Diego Chargers a winning combination. The 1980's San Diego Chargers have got to be the best teams to never win a Superbowl ever.
