  • what u got yerself there is a rich redneck road train! like to see em back it up lol

  • theres nothing wrong with that how do u know that they dont have a big family and need more room plus who wouldnt want to bring the best offroad vehicle in the world

  • Illegal in most places, stupid everywhere. Too cheap to buy a trailer

  • Someone is veeeery attached to their things!!!

  • If they're gonna take that much stuff, why not rent a train? XD

  • i have actually seen that going down the road. i'll bet the drivers doesn't have a class a or a triples endorsement.

  • That looks like a towing WIN

  • if you need to take that much shit with you, might as well stay home!

  • @DigitalExplosives AMEN!!!

  • apparently stupid people have money too. a "pro" athlete perhaps??

  • Is that even legal?

  • crybaby.

  • Was this in Houston? I do this all the time. I pull my pop up camper behind my trailer with atvs on nearly every weekend. Sometimes if the road it rough or slanted you can get the last trailer to sway pretty bad. But double towing is not hard to do. except maybe for backing up to that last trailer.

  • i don't see how it's any different from a tractor pulling 3- 28' trailers and 2 congear>>>>"pulling triples." not legal in all states, but allowed in OR & WA.

  • @burningmanmike you don't see how it's different pulling a short wheelbase Jeep and a 30ft trailer?

  • @burningmanmike might be something to do with the extra training and cost of getting LCV certified vs some retard in a motorhome with a regular licesnse that has no buisness driving an rv that size in the first place

  • I bet they were towing there trailer home too! ...but just lost it 2 states back -.-

  • llal thats a differant take ont he ole' wiggle waggon!

  • how about you mind your own buisiness and keep your eyes in the boat?

  • @asssface2000 i think you meant 'business.' i think you also meant "eyes on the road."

    nice try though.

  • @alexrex20 he meant boat dont argue with asssface!

  • that's an awesome rig. I see nothing wrong with it.

  • I can't believe that so many of you find NO PROBLEM with the rig portrayed in this video. First off the RV has a hitch rated for 500lbs of weight at most, and there's a 1000lb golf cart hanging off it. Second off the carrier is not rated to have anything hitched to it, yet there is a Jeep and a popup camper attached to it. Third off the popup camper is right on the verge of swapping places with the Jeep. Git-r-done. Who cares it's only money.

  • @mxy999 If the golf cart platform has been beefed up then no additional weight is on the tongue .,the tow bar from the jeep adds no additional weight.

  • Holy. Crap.

    Is this even legal?

  • Now that's what I call an American Road Train. but honestly, why's he towing a flat tow with an RV?

  • i had to follow something like this coming back from brisbane yesterday! Anyone who wants to tow a caravan (least of all this kind of BS) they should first have to get a truck driving licence; If only to thin out the population of having this kind of danger on the road.

  • hahahaha awesome!

  • damn look at those rims on that club car

  • That can`t be legal....

  • Only in America! LOL.

  • from a table away-sunny sweeney...

  • were you listenin to 93q or kilt... I prefer 93q...

  • @cardinalmustang99 93Q :)

  • If this is I-45 then there would be a 1/100 chance that that was my dads gray 2500hd, but his also has a rear ranch-hand and his tailgate is fine... just sayin..

  • The only "disaster in the making" here was the driver making the video and not a passenger. I bet a hundred bucks they had no problems. 1/4 of the States even allow for semi triples and I've pulled plenty of 53' container chassis that had tracking problems. This configuration is fine and legal in most States. Overspeed can be a serious problem, other then that I bet they had a fun trip.

  • So what's the prob?

I see this all the time.

  • Only thing I see wrong with this is oversized tires on the Jeep, causing it not to track straight. Causing pop up to whip other than that looks fine to me.

  • @RetWheelcop you obviously have no idea what you're talking about, but thanks for trying. oversize tires don't cause the jeep to not track straight, it's the short wheelbase.

  • @alexrex20 OK Alex if I don't know what I'm talking about why don't you tell me why the majority of Over the Road Trucks come equipped with skinny's on there steer axle. While most of your Off Road trucks Dump trucks Crane trucks Cement mixers have flotation tires on there front axle. That is because thin tires track better than wide tires because less tire width is contacting with the road causing it to track straighter. I agree with you that a shorter wheelbase is sometimes harder to control

  • @RetWheelcop so wait..your trying to tell me thinner tires on my bicycle will do better on the road then on dirt? and vica versa? no way...

  • @boondok19999 Yeah something like that.

  • @alexrex20 Have you ever put oversized tires on a vehicle? I have oversized mud tires on both of my trucks and it does change the handling a lot. They are a lot more squirly at highway speeds with the mud tires when compared to the factory street tires.

  • Hey, if you try something that is stupid and no one dies, go apeshit! If it ends in fire and lives lost, meh. It will be on the news and people will laugh. Why else do we watch the news?

  • Oh Hell naw this is just an example of poor poor judgement and irresponsible to the RV lifestyle, Someone could be driving the jeep and hook the popup to the coach, but some states allow triple towing which is dangerous and no special license is required, come on DMV get with the program and fix this

  • Parents in motorhome, kids in pop up LOL

    Is this on 75??

  • @F239141 yes, but, no. it's on I-45 just north of Houston.

  • the popup needed some sweybars. but there is nothing wrong with that

  • I would say that is probably safe but not somethin I would try I mean that's not enough weight to effect the freightliner but if it sways enough to start leaving the lane its a hazard its like an experiment lol

  • @jmtkenworth59 best comment on this video so far. we've all been known to pull/haul bigger loads than we know is safe. :D

  • There is absolutely nothing wrong with this set up. S/he is loaded heaviest to lightest. Yes there is going to be sway but there is going to be some sort of sway no matter the trailer depending on outside forces, for example wind, potholes, or other things.

  • @okarmygrunt you've obviously never towed anything before...

  • @alexrex20 looks like you have never towed anything before. I pull trailers all the time. I have yet to pull a trailer that does not sway. With that said, most trailers do sway a little bit.

  • @FF4X4 you're truly a dumbass if you think this is a safe towing setup

  • @FF4X4 if you've never pulled a trailer that doesn't sway, then you need to learn how to load balance the truck and/or trailer. a proper towing setup will have ZERO SWAY.

  • @alexrex20 Yes, I understand that. But it is rare that one gets a proper towing setup. The wind is a huge factor too for your top heavy and light trailers. The trailer alignment is a big deal too. Unless, it is a show room trailer, they are not going to be perfectly aligned.

  • @okarmygrunt the only swaying that should be occuring in this video should be the parents swayed not to do this. Sincerely, Lindsay Lohan.

  • I'd rock it hammer down big time!

  • Comment removed

  • @Mr7475ih So unbelievably wrong. I hope you never are in a situation where you need to tow one,

  • @P38JLightning Too late, already have.

  • @Mr7475ih Not true, neutral the transfer case. Only thing spinning would be front wheels and rear up to transfer case. Transmission not connected when transfer case is in neutral, no damage to driveline at all.

  • @RetWheelcop Didnt know that, thanks.

  • This cant be actually a legal set-up is it. Where I live you can pull a bumberpull behind a 5th wheel unit but not multiple bumberpull (ball) hitches.

  • Try backing that up It'll be fun.

  • That's one hell of a party!

  • I see they were too cheap for a moving truck.

  • i dont see the problem here...the jeep and popup are not to big for the RV and the popup isnt to big for the jeep. Big, Medium, small. no problem. now if that was a 22ft bay boat behind the jeep then it could be a problem.

  • This is perfectly legal, I don't see what the big deal is.

  • getting all of that 8 miles per gallon

  • Why do u need a mini trailer when u got that giant ass rv

  • the golf cart is for crusing the trailer park around the jeep and popup are for minny camping trips

  • There is nothing wrong with the setup as long as he's on the interstate, in perfect conditions.

  • It's legal here. But usually it's RV, car, boat. Not RV, car, popup.

  • you're retarded. ya that little pop up is gonna spin out that motor home.

I doubt you even know what causes a trailer to sway.

  • @l337pwnage i'm retarded? perhaps you need to go back to Physics class if you think this is a safe towing setup. but lol @ you thinking you know more about towing and physics than me. i didn't know that World of Warcraft covers either subject? that is, after all, you seem to post videos of.

go back to your video games and leave the grown up talk to us big boys.

  • @alexrex20 I use to see this all the time back in the 80s and 90s. I even noticed them in California on I-5 north of Redding. I don't know what the laws are on this kind of rig, but I know it must be legal because you see them. I have not seen one for a while. As long as the rig is safe I don't see any reason it can't be done, however one would hope the driver would take good care of the equipment and make sure the anti-sway bars are set up right. It is not something I would want to do.

  • that man is ready to bug out if the zombies come

  • fedex and ups do this all the time and their trucks sway too

  • @1480miller UPS and FedEx trailers don't have a 94in wheelbase, genius

  • the pop-up must be for either a teen wanting privacy or a Mother-in-law lol

  • he would be pulled over by the Highway Patrol here

  • sway bar=win!

  • What's the problem? You could tow like 3 or 4 more things on the back of that, easily.

  • @lemonrind riiiiiight. idiot.

  • Legal in Ontario Canada, you should be running dampers in between loads to avoid sway issues.

  • Would have been great if the RV was being towed by a smart car.

    lol

  • there is actually a braking system you can install in a towed auto that well activate the brakes of the auto being towed with a air cylinder, not that towing like that should be legal but that camper is called a super c , if im correct the gvwr should mean the driver should have atleast a class B CDL w/ air brake if not a class A just for the fact of pulling any kind of trailer or auto.

  • @dabean11111111 what does this have to do with my video? auxiliary brakes or not, the setup is SWAYING. and yes this is a super-C motorhome, as listed in the description, which does not require a CDL because it is an RV.

  • @alexrex20 Just cuz people do not know how to drive these damn things and are in general a hazzard on the road i completely agree with you, however if you think swaying is bad take a closer look at fedex doubles and if your in the right state or province; triples. they aint nicknamed wiggle wagons on accident. Even scarier check out brand new piggy-backed big rigs, each truck is a swivel point, I used to haul those and you could watch the rear one go line to line in ur lane after a bump

  • @alexrex20 it does in some states; in AZ for example they dont give a damn what its registered as, if it has air brakes you need at least a class B with the air endorsement to legally drive it on the highway

  • @cgspeeddemon1 that's nice. too bad this video was shot in TEXAS.

  • @alexrex20 You might want to do some research on the License requirements of an RV. Actually in Texas, which is one of several states,...require a license upgrade. You have to obtain what they call a Class A/B Non-CDL, depending on what type of set up you have. That super-C motorhome grosses over 26k lbs. He would need at least a Class B Non-CDL. All it does is legally certifies you to drive a vehicle that grosses over 26k without pay.

  • @bigglimo what's your point? i never said it was legal to do this. if it was, why would i make a video?

  • i dont see a problem!

  • 0:02 "Big deal, he's pulling a popup"

0:05 "It is swaying a bit, isn't it"

    0:17 "HOLY S#$@! ARE YOU F@#$ING SERIOUS?!?!"

  • How much shit do you need to go "camping"?!

  • Id say they have the jeep and tent trailer to go off camping in bush and that big RV is at a nice camp ground. Never the less he should have a car trailer or stacker something isn't right here and those little tent trailers have never liked highway speeds they need bigger tires and a wider axle. Like I said it should all be on a trailer. Not like this goof has more money than brains

  • Only thing missing it the 30' boat on the roof.

  • To my knowledge, this set-up shouldn't be legal. The Jeep doesn't have any functioning brakes while being towed, and therefore is not legal to tow another trailer. Double trailers are only legal when the "lead" trailer (in this case, the Jeep) has a working brake system. There may be a loophole where the Jeep is classified as a "towed vehicle", and so the RV would fall into the same category. Either way, it's retarded.

  • @mannwhosoldtheworld I agree with your first point. The double hitch is a double pivot with no damping. I don't think that setup has a loophole. I also think, based on others' opinions in other video posts, that complicating a towing setup should require a bump in the license requirements.

If he hit my car or me, I would own his pop-up, jeep, R/V and most of his cash - well, my lawyer would take what he wanted but I'd bet even the lawyers with 1-800-I-Got-Hit phone numbers are not this bad.

  • I wonder how far he got before the DMV troopers pulled him over? I try to steer clear of the camper people, scary.

  • Someone wanted to drive a train when he grew up...

  • The correct way is to then flat-tow a VW Beetle off the back of the pop-up, itself towing a jetski on a trailer.

  • well they're obviously going camping....

  • I guess I just Don't understand. Why is it that when you eat Corn it just comes out normal in the Toilet?

  • its just a little trailer sway. This guy handles it like a boss!

  • golf boogie...wtf

  • half you dumb fucks have never driven a car or towed one b4 by the sounds of it......

  • seems to be working just fine. If you're so concerned with its safety, why on earth would you drive directly behind it!

  • he has a camera on the back of the motor home so he would be fully aware of what is happeing......

  • @mrfordfairmont obviously he's not aware of how much his setup is swaying. DUH

  • @alexrex20 ever tow a camper of any size. of course its gonna sway a little. even with my parents pop up it still sways a little

  • @fowleriva You can purchase anti-swap equipment to stop that. It's essentially a shock absorber, one end connected to the towing vehicle, the other to the towed vehicle, and it helps to reduce swaying significantly

  • @alexrex20 your haten......from a table away

  • @diesel4life7410 wow, that was gay

  • poor rv hitch

  • bad ass motherfuckin golf cart!

  • General rule (not law) is a class IV/V up front pulling a class III or less. Generally you will see a gooseneck or 5th and then a bumper pull behind with the first trailer having brakes electric or pneumatic. Occasionally you see a class IV bumper pull (my 24' utility trailer is set up to tandem pull legally). Lastly, its been standard since the late 90's for class C's to have rear cameras which can be monitored at all times for towing (and reversing) purposes.

  • @910YAMAHA910 If he is going to do that safley he should invest in a towing dolley, its illigal here to have a double artic like that anyway!

  • what does two trips mean?!?!

  • He just wanted to move them all at one time.

  • Very smart take your car ur house and another house all at the same time

  • i think this man is a badass. dont hate on him.

  • too bad that is a super C motorhome. A is like a bus B is a van C are the bunk over cab style. big chassis like that are super C's. and most likely he is using a double receiver which puth the basket off the frame and leaves the hitch available for tow. using auxillary brakes in towed vehicle (required most places) and an electric brake set up on the pop up the rig is safe and legal provided not over lenghth or wheigh.

  • The Jeep is rated to tow such a small light weight trailer. He's doing it safe and proper stop hating.

  • No, that was the repo man towing the 'lived beyond your means" toys alway.

  • maybe the pop up was for the maid to stay in lol

  • Maybe he thinks hes a train!

  • My guess for towing the pop up camper; the motor home is base camp, and the jeep pulls the pop up further into the boondocks.

  • Reminds me of a time I seen this guy pulling away from the store in a fancy, lifted F250 with a trailer of furniture all loaded on the very back of the trailer...

  • looks like a class B+

  • Gee u think u packed enough?

  • I hate people who do this! god help them if they ever need to back up and why dont they need a doubles/triples endorcement on their lisence like i have?

  • The only thing i notice funny about this video. Looks like I10 east out of Houston, TX. And why the hell would you need a pop up with a rig like that??? Looks like a toterhomes haulmark 170k rig there, pulling a 17k jeep and a 9k pop up. That rig has some serious towing capacity unlike all pusher/bus/class c motorhomes. Should have got a trailer to tow the jeep an cart in and tow a 25' boston whaler behind the trailer. But thats just my ideal of bling.

  • Yeah... It's legal here in Minnesota too. See LOTS of people with a camper pulling a truck and the truck pulling a boat.

  • Fake it's illegal to drive 2 trailers any moron knows that, he wouldn't get far.

  • @MegaDeathwarrant its illegal to tow like that in the uk..

  • @MegaDeathwarrant its actually legal in some states js.

  • Fake. This was done with CG.

  • He is towing his entire Net Worth to show off.. one false move and BAMMM it's up for grabs at the estate sale!! Highest bidder wins..

  • @freespeachrulez What Net Worth?? He bought all that on Credit.. Anybody can do that.. Except im not that stupid.

  • Forgot the kitchen sink!

  • Ok that, is just stupid.

  • HAVE FUN

  • Looks like they got everything lol

  • class a with doubles endorcement and air brakes . also need electric brake control and pigtail for the trailer connected to motorhome. and under 70 ft. most state legal as long as trailer does not exceed 28 ft 6 in per trailer

  • You should see Australian Road Trains.

  • Definitely to much bling. Looks like an A-frame connected to the Jeep. The Jeep won't cause any probs, The camper looks light so it shouldn't cause to many problems either. Being that close to the truck it at least won't be causing to much drag.

  • @kiwirock30 you'be obviously never towed a trailer before...

  • Poor soul, must have to stop at every gas station!

  • That dude has way too much money. Rims on the golf cart?? LOL!!

  • @MegaGarrett07

    LOL i know wtf

  • Legal in some states. It would be perfectly fine if they had the popup trailer loaded 60/40 with most weight in front of the axles. You wouldn't see that fishtail.

  • @fjtoys it is legal in Texas with proper certification. my issue is that a short wheelbase Jeep is being flat towed with a popup camper hooked to the back of it. the issue is that driver is completely oblivious to what's going on behind him because he can neither see nor feel what the trailers are doing. it will be so far gone before the driver has a chance to react.

  • @alexrex20

Oblivious, yes. They make cameras you can use. But I don't know any RV'r that can see what he is pulling without them. I'm 62' long just Pulling a Landcruiser. The small wheelbase (HEEP) being pulled is insignificant. Now if you pull a Large camper trailer with a Jeep or FJ40 alone your an idiot.... but not in between. The whole thing changes. I'm glad you posted the video! The only change I'd make here is the weight distribution in the popup and I'd scrap the Heep

  • @alexrex20 Dude cant you see the Rear View Camera on the back of the Rig? I flat tow my Jeep behind my 38ft Diesel pusher all day long and sometimes ill tow my buddies boat behind the jeep, never any issues and its all legal don't judge based on what you see on the freeway, if you really give a shit wait till he stops and ASK him, hell he probably drives truck for a living and knows exactly what hes doing

  • @TyphoidSnaily Get real. The guy driving this rig was not a truck driver. A truck driver would not flat tow this setup. Are you blind? Can you not see the extreme sway in the pop-up camper from driving in a straight line?

You don't have a "38ft Diesel pusher" and you don't have a Jeep. Go bullshit on someone else's channel.

  • @alexrex20 how would you know? and that little pos tow camper would have been swaying whether or not it was behind the jeep or behind the camper. get real

  • @faded2blak how would YOU know? get real. towing a popup behind a Jeep is a lot safer than the setup in this video. at least then the driver can feel the sway and respond to it. if you read my comment, you would know why i have issue with this setup. now run along and make more lame videos of cars that aren't yours.

  • @alexrex20 not much the driver could do anyways if somn were to go wrong, cept try to slow down course

  • @alexrex20 Um.... guess you didnt see the rear mounted camera near the top of the motor home? like most over sized motor homes have?

  • @gregj123 well he's obviously not using it, is he?

  • @alexrex20

What is the fix? or the correct way if you will.

    Thanks

  • @viper1966 the fix is to just NOT do it. put the jeep and popup on a camper, hire another driver to drive the jeep, leave the jeep, leave the popup, etc. there are so many options. this guy just wanted to make shortcuts. unsafe shortcuts...
