And because I receive jury summons every couple of years, and can legally sit on a jury, I decided that was NOT within reason. Which means she was in the wrong. How can you correct that?? Its not illegal to skateboard ina public park, this video never specified that the place they had skated was public which would be a key factor of this situation. It isnt illegal to skate in public places so therefor he isnt breaking the law. It isnt against the law to skateboard rollerblade or bike in public parks, unless there is a sign that says not to skate. It's only illegal if it is private property

@devinthrash I think you'd be surprised what I know about skaters. But with the remainder I agree, there are a great number of verty talented kids and younger adults out there, and believe it or not, I do have a great deal of admiration for their dedication and skills.
Unfortunately, for me it is all overriden by the "Rebel with a Cause" types who feel that they should have the right to skate wherever thay choose and will argue with law abiding citizens and cops about their right to do it.

I have skated for 8 years now and none of my skater friends have ever taken spray paint to anything. we get more use out of a set of stairs then some people could dream of. the only spots that are vandalized are the ones in the movies cause the idiot kids want to see their tag in a pro video. so they tag the high profile spots that's all.
