1st off hes runecrafting in hd, and most experienced runecrafters know its faster to rc in standard, because you get better boosts.

Also you use medium pouch not small, hes just made it a whole lot of hasstle changing pouches when it degrades. When using the small and you have a energy pot/duel ring.. u lose 1 ess for that trip. So u jsut constantly use the medium pouch, never change around.

Also he has essence no where near the X in the bank which will speed up banks

jus a tip for when emptying ure pouches at the alter, when emptying right click on top pouch then empty rather than goin bottom up cos then that way when u empty ure top left pouch u can immediately right click and u'll be on the pouch underneath then u can empty that one rigth click again and empty the third, this should save u a lot of time in the long run

You need to do a small mini quest. I think you talk to the wizard outside the abyss, not 100 % sure. Then you need to go into the abyss and kill the creatures in there to get the pouches. Again, not 100 percent sure.
