@Property1134 This is metalcore. A combination of metal and hardcore. Most modern "metal" bands follow the trend of screaming because its what most fans want. Many like APU also incorporate singing. Don't critique a band just because they don't conform to your opinion of what music should be. A band should do what they want.

@Property1134 Most heavier bands these days are a lot easier to understand than this. I think a lot of it has to do with the either the way they mixed the vocals in the recording, or just the guy's vocal style. Either way, though, it all sounds like one big mumbled mess.
