I liked the visual aid, but I stopped watching around 4 mins in. If you are reaching for the gratification circle, then how can it surround you? You don't already have the happiness circle from making $100 or an A on your exam, until you do the things necessary to follow the arrow to it, and THEN it surrounds you. The unsatisfied people you talk about are the ones who are constantly pushing themselves to find bigger circles. But, that's just my opinion.
