  • @kyuubinyoko Sure, be my guest.

  • don't feel bad in My city.

theres a ten to Nine Horn that the Fire station Blows. 8:50

& its LOUD!! it was for a curfue years ago But its still used.

Everyday. AM & PM. also used as the General alarm when theres a Bad Fire somewhere.

  • In Chiba there's one with a freaky voice telling the kids to be careful on their way home or something...it's scary. Like something straight out of silent hill.

  • hey atleast they care about their citizens not like here in america, disaster strikes, no one tells u, and its every man for themselves, and they use the siren noise not this lovely tune

  • @jukio02 Ikr, it's every man for themself.

  • hahaha (^___^)

    I live in koriyama (fukushima-ken).

we have 2 different melodies every day...

    at 7 a.m. and at 6 p.m.

  • It sounds like an ice cream truck!!! I love it!

  • Every day!? Ah, harmony in the air! lol!

  • Hahahah, awesome!

  • What a beautiful country! No Mexican gang members like in Los Angeles.

All nice and quiet. A nice play to live and work. I'm moving to Asia!

  • haha but there are asian gang members lol

  • i love Japan ... im in Southern California and its mostly ugly here. well at least the weather is nice

  • I also live in So-Cal. it is friggen hideous, especially all the valley communities. I woud love to live in city Japan.僕もカリフォルニアに住んでいる。醜怪だと思っている特に渓谷にあるコミュニティ。日本に住みたいでっす。;3・・・日本語が下手けど

  • i live here in so cal too and unlike you guys i love it here except that i too wanna go to japan so badly!!!

  • Well done! These speaker systems are a menace to anyone who likes peace and quiet. However, particularly in rural districts, they are a convenient way of telling the Japanese to be careful of fire, to vote on election day, to watch over young children returning from school, to be on the lookout for senile people who have gone walkabout, to wear seatbelts when driving, and so on. Whether or not they can be useful in the event of a major earthquake is another matter.

  • wow

  • is it fun to live in japan

  • Lol, no wonder the suicide rate is so high in Japan. :P

  • lololololololol

  • haha i never knew that, but it isnt in the centre of tokyo
