Impressive Neck weight for such a small guy. I can see why he's a champ. Yes he is using improper form for pullups. That's because he is not doing them to develop torque but horsepower. Going for speed and explosive delivery. Personally I like to train explosiveon the bag and do pull-ups regular - but I am also larger, might injury a tendon that way.
@diplomata1990 what if ur opponent was 7 feet tall, and u were only 5 feet tall? u still think that how a warrior would think? u can only have a chance of beating some1 heavier or taller, if u have a weapon most of the time. even if the smaller guy has more skills, the bigger and taller guy might also be almost as good or even better. but it just depends who the person is.
some of buakaw por pramuk's muay thai champion combos. 1.) left front knee, left hooking knee. 2.) left round house kick, left teep kick. 3.) left jab, left jab. 4.) counter sweep. 5.) left low kick, right low kick.
Other Muay Thai fighters, need to be more like Buakaw. They need to realize, the sport is about showing techniques and skills. And not always about trying to knock out the opponent. I like to see a fight, where both fighters r still strong and healthy, after the winner wins, and the loser loses.
being the best, means; respect the culture, don't hate the opponent like a rival, train the most, have the most pro fights, have the most male and female fans. being the best doesn't always mean; take steroids, knock out the opponent, and make them tap out.
