No exhaust would likely lead to a decrease in power and a plethora of other problems. If you like making your ears bleed, sure... go for it. Heck, you might even be lucky enough to start the car on fire.

@gtlaw From what I was told, this car had an AWE exhaust on originally however lost power from it, then was used to make a prototype straight pipe that cost 30k to make, now they are able to make them for much cheaper.

CGT plays on real pressure in mufflers or even manifold not on computer tricks applied to construction of entire exhaustive gas pathway. Listen to that typical "DOUBT" in melody at 2:08 = this is the matter of cams / throttle / pressure codepence that results in such a marvellous howl

@Carst112 Yeah it sounds just like the S1. V10 Porsche vs I-5 Audi -- a lot of the same firing harmonics but half the cylinders. Just take out the turbo spool, bov, and wastegate sounds and you've got a really close sound to the S1 and Carrera GT.

@droppinsumfudge Pretty much.... But it's an aftermarket system by AWE, it was designed on this car. Meaning prototype = never cheap and labor etc. Also look at the Porsche gt3 & Gt3 RS... you are paying more for less. No Navigation, rear seats, etc but costs 40K+ more.
