  • Really great video. I live in Westmoreland county, have for almost 27 years, and didn't get to see a bald eagle until I traveled to Forest county to our camp. The Clarion River is home to several as well. This is truly a rare sight around this part of the state

  • Great video. What was the carcass? Eagles must be used to getting sneaked up on by predators because he seemed really nervous eating--a bite here, and couple glances for wolverines there, and so forth. Glad to see a majestic bald creature back in the wild--not just in the mirror.

    Yes, this is a deer carcass the eagle is feeding on. We were lucky to catch this migrating eagle.
