i'm 1.86 m or 6.1 feet and have vertical leap about 0.65 m or 25.6 inch and i can dunk on 9.8 feet rim or 2.98 m rim. but I really can't dunk on 10 feet rim becouse it is 6 cm or 0.19 feet higher. I have 74 kg or 162.8 lbs. I did only some squats for past 2 weeks... do you think that pylometric can help? or anything other?!?!

I mean, if Phil Jackson walked on the court, he would look like a bum, but he's got knowledge and he's an amazing coach. Squats, Cleans, Snatches, and some plyometrics will absolutely propel your vertical.

I'm 15, a little less than 6'3" and been swaying above and below 150lbs. I've been cycling for a while with my speacialized and ive gone on rides to the beach over 50 miles. ive got leg strength to Lpress over 350 but have been looking for videos to increase vertical jump / form for high jump. most of them are related to basketball jumping and i don't know if theres a difference. anybody have advice on an excersize to increase high jump height? preferably begginer / average plyometrics. thanks

yeah don't worry about it it won't stunt your growth weights will actually make your bones grow 13-14 is a good weight to hit weights hard because your growth plates won't be stunted like they would if you were younger. the only thing you need to worry about is being tough on your back at the age don't twist or bend during squatting or when dead lifting

Muscle stress increases bone density when you're an adult. Don't do it when you're 13-14. At the very least not to gain mass.
