I never saw anybody spray the teased hair in the 60s. We did all the teasing, then smoothed the way we wanted it, and then put on so much hair spray it would have taken a hurricane to move a hair.

Do you white people not know that teasing your hair is one of the worst things you can do? You can end up with bald patches in your hair if you aren't careful.
