What is funny is that to win one of these contests ... amounts to the kiss of death to a would-be career ... take a good look at the next-in-line ie, the top-10 finalists ... 9 times out of 10 -- so to speak -- invariably it among their rank aka of the runners-up whom end up having careers that amount to something .... HOW THINGS WORK!

Filipina model was sexy, sweet and very atypical of a pinay... the host on the other hand... was loud, ugly, and obnoxious.... typical of a pinay in the US..
