There is a midget in the upper, top half of the body. You can see that his real legs are scrunched up the short. The leg part, I dont really know how he got it to move slightly. Bt there are pieces of wood in the legs. At the end, when he puts the body together, the doc goes in front to hide that the midgelets legs slip out from the blouse and into the pants. Thus, the legs are half wood so that the midget is tall enough. It's awkward how he kicks his legs slighty, watch carefully.
I doubt it, in that case the midget would have amazing controle, look at his little jump at 1:21 bents his knees and he is able to move his toes aswell, watch closely.

well, the illusion is to make the top part of the body have same proportions as a natural man's body. but since a midget is proportionally smaller, their body is smaller. I'm guessing that the uppoer body is fake and housed with plastic to give off the curves of a human. So the midget is sort of like in a cage. If you look, the chest of the figure is awkward and sticks out way too much-- so that is where his legs would fit in. It as to be this way, or else it is impossible in this world.

Good logic, but think about it this way. the top half of the body is only 2 feet tall, and the arms and head are full size. Also the how would a person make up two diffrent legs?
