I guess you could say anorexia is a form of self harm... But technically it isn't... Self harm is done for the purpose of immediate pain, whereas anorexia isn't for that...
@brokenshadow439151 its classed as self injury- just as drugs and alcohol abuse are along with things commonly associated like cutting and punching walls and things. i feel crap classifying that because there is so many things. but i think the general diagnosis of self harm is preforming acts willingly to ourselves with the knowledge and or intent that it is damamging our bodies.

However, the great thing about music is the fact its open to interpertation no matter what its about. Just thought i'd clear that up for you ^_^

But that "feeding me" can also be the addiction to self harm. It is the only thing she needs to live, if you get my point.
