@stacyg36b As long as Magix Movie Edit Pro 14 Plus (snappy!) can import and export either AVI or MOV videos it should be fine.

Eh... When I mask it just makes the masked object black and i dont wont that to happen I want the fully coloured object and the effect to go behind it.

You need to go to the 'Canvas' menu and change the quality to freakin 'Full' quality.

hi what is the difference between Garbage mattes and Masking?

Garbage mattes are locked to the object, so will be affected by any animation of the object. Masks are independent of the object and are relative only to the canvas.

Er yes, use the zoom slider at the top of the canvas. I'd recommend reading the manual and checking out the interface video tutorials over at the FXhome website, they explain the basics.

You can get greenscreen material from any good fabric shop, or paint from a hardware store. If you want a pre-made solution you might want to check out providers such as TubeTape dot com.
