Hi, The amount of time it can power things depends upon the total current draw of the devices hooked up to it. It can deliver a max current of 2amp at 9volts DC. Running it full out may only get you a couple of hours. For a small handful of guitar pedals, the draw will not be that high, so you would get more time. I use 6 pedals on my board and get easily make it through a couple of gigs. As for a guitar amp...you can't run a 120 or 240 volt, high power amp with it.
Good Point Ron, Thanks for the comment. I could see how the eneloop would easily become a favored piece of gear for taking care of groundloops in the studio environment. An excellent use for it for sure! Cheers. W
Thank you! For the orchestra parts, I used the setup that I use for my TV scoring work. There were no pre-made loops or phrase samples. All composed MIDI parts on my Pro-tools system sent via a MOTU midi box into 4 individual computers. One for Strings, one for winds, one for brass and one for percussion. Each computer is running the East/West Platinum Orchestra. Outputs of these machines are sent via "spdif" back to my protool mac to record to audio.
So how long can it run one Guitar Amp for....?

COol review, but what about mentioning how it works for recording?
I have mine set up in my home studio.
It's become an essential piece of gear - no.more.noise.on.the.line.EVER.
So glad to be free of groundloops, but not have to buy batteries to make that happen.
