Man, it's perfect that Steinberg has developed the most magnificient DAW ever. IF only they had a "Cubase mobile" for iphones of itouch, that'll be 5 stars!!!!
I'm pissed that propellerhead has not made a 64 bit Rewire cuz I just bought C5 to take advantage of having more than 4 gb of ram, but realized that reason cannot be rewired with the 64bit cubase 5
i am moving from Nuendo 3 to cubase 5 today... they look similar in format, and i know they are both created by stienberg. does anyone have any info on cubase 5 between differences good or bad?
i am also very happy with cubase 4 and looking forward to the cubase 5 VST expression and batch audio export features, ... except that the upgrade price is quite insulting...
dude wow wrong. cubase is pretty well respected. ableton's sequencer is impressive so its great for live situations like DJing or something but its limited in other areas. you basically need to know your way around 1. pro tools 2. cubase 3. logic (maybe) 4. Reason (EVERYONE CHECK OUT PROPELLERHEADS RECORD AS WELL)
At the end of the day though, they're all just tools and people use the tools that fit their needs best. And Cubase 5 pretty well covers everyones needs if they know how to use it.
damnnnn thisss iss going to take me so longg to actually learn this
hhaha i love it
