Too funny ! Great flying even through all that Ack Ack. It would have been good training in WWII. AC Gunners back then practiced "leading" their targets with clay pigeons and shot guns. This would have been superior training.

@angrygunsmith actually it looked like a few paintballs hit it in the left wing, making it roll and then the pilot tryed to correct it but already lost the lift and steadiness needed to keep it going.

A well used skyraider MkII. I wouldn't do this to a Pulse XT 40 they are too nice. ;-)

Engine was old and tired and dead sticked when I backed off. That's why all passes are full throttle just to keep the peice of junk running.

Surprisingly the monokote is very strong. I have a new (old) plane ready to go and this one is going to die. LOL

Also has an engine that will idle and the aircraft will be able to hover whiled getting shot to pieces.

I would go with an EPP foam airframe with CF reinforcing, like the parkzone T-28, You can fill an EPP wing with holes and it won't fracture like a sheeted balsa wing. Plus you can pick up a new wing or fuselage for 30 bucks. I bet it would make a nice rain of foam granules and still fly quite well.

The operator of this plane is fucking great...during a couple of those passees i kinda moved back in mah seat because it looked like it was gunna hit the cammera...its sick going full tilt having the plane screaming omfg..if only the marksman were as good as the guy flying the plane

any one can fly like this. it is not a difficult airframe to fly.

I recommend the realflight G4 simulator, and go to a club and use an instructor. You could be flying easily in 6 months.

Actually, it's far easier to hit a plane with a gun than a paintball gun. A good rifle can shoot over 2,000fps and 3,000fps for handloads. A paintball goes 280fps. Big Difference

to hit a movieng object u have to lead it. to lead an object is to shot in front of it so when the plane get to that spicific area in the air it will fly into the paintballs. they teach that to eny aniti aricraft gunner and special forces opritives who might be dealing with planes or helicopters. i deal with it when playing paintball.

They hit it lots. 35 guns times 100 plus paintballs each meant they had to hit it some of the time. The paintballs just don't seems to be able to damage the plane even though the wings are thin and have covering on them. I actually wanted the plane to be disabled and crash but I had to crash it myself.

engine was old and trashed and would not throttle back because the carbie was stuffed. It was also only a small 40 size. I'd say 60mph for this type of plane is on the money. Good guess.
