The reason why robtran can DMCA Magus' video on him is because he used clips from robtran's videos. I know it's fair use and Magus is entitled to the 1st amendment, but that's why we have DMCA counter-claims.

Copyright laws are so BS, If you had a professional take family photos, they put in an invisible barcode in those pictures and you your pharmacy can't blow up a 4x6 of your sister siting on Santa's lap on Christmas to a 8x10 because of copyright bullshit.
