  • OCHENTERO, BUENOS RECUERDOS.

  • @bassguitaro What do you play, as a matter of interest? O/H is an Alembic man.

  • EXELLENT!

  • Saw Em live last Friday @ the High Barn, Essex and they are still a seriously great band. 30 years and still touring, not many doin that these days..............

  • BENGA

  • Looks like Lorna Bannon on the right, not Jackie Rawe. Is it?

  • every time i close a difficult door i shout "Shakatak!"

  • Fantastic!

  • yah ... shakatak is really great

  • Ah...Cooking With The Dazas...

  • i always hear this when i was young, it was still booming the year 1994

  • great band

  • Must be the same fender Rhodes that Benny from Abba used. The only one on the planet which sounds like concert grand piano ;-)

  • amazing musicians and gorgeus girls

  • they once played TOTP wearing just long mac's and butt naked underneath , cant remember the song but thats the story

  • Who's the girl singing with Jill? It was usually Jackie Rawe on the early but that's not her

  • That fluitplayer is so GAY....

  • @jpht1964 you kidding? he probably got so much pussy its not even funny...

  • @buddyboy296 .... Maybe those tasty backingbirds?

  • what happened actually to that keyboard player with the belly?

He left the band quite early. In my opinion that period has been their peak.

Even though I don`t consider myself as a Shakatak fan, I love some hits, however beyond the 80`s they overproduced, many records but only very few good hits

Just my personal perception of course.

  • @ottolight Belly keyboard player is Nigel Wright who is now a top producer and does a lot of work with Andrew Lloyd Webber. They had massive success in Japan in the eighties and made 6 albums just for that market. They're still around today and I believe a new album is coming out soon

  • @SHAKATAK_UK INVITATIONS MY SWWEETIST SONG

  • With a fleeting smile below the lazy eyes And the face that's not attempting to disguise. It's an open invitation showing all the signs "Sample my supply" And the fingers touch her hand below the lace, She suggests a later time another place. He accepts her invitation "Wanna spend some time?" Written on her face. Her stiletto heels go clicking through his head, With the glossy invitation he mis-read. And you'd think he couldn't fail to read between the lines, Plays the fool instead.
  • @jendilaize072792 God bless you! The lyrics make me melt more than the video!

  • @jendilaize072792

I saw these back in the day, at wembley & the girls were introduced as the UK Sluts!

Brilliant concert, brilliant band, always makes me smile when I hear these.

Brings back memories of simpler times.

  • You're 18! What do you know about good music? Black Eyed Peas? LOL!

  • @sastal Why can't someone aged 18 not know anything about good music. Please, not all 18 year olds listen to the black eyed peas. I'm 19 myself and I like to listen to Miles Davis and John Coltrane amongst others. Please don't stereotype people by their age.

  • @Finobini sastal

2 months ago @Finobini The young man who was making fun of this video had lots of BEP on his channel, as I recall. Youngsters like you are very much the minority, believe it or not. Keep up the great taste in music! As far as I am concerned, you are way ahead of your age group. Cheers,

  • I think the fact that he/she knows his name is a good start! ;-)
